Greg is an award-winning British journalist (Guardian, BBC and NME), broadcaster and speaker, known for his work on the intersection between pop culture and climate change. He co-hosts the podcasts Sounds Like A Plan and Midnight Chats, and also works to support a global network of 700 media professionals to tell more and better stories about our planet, nature and changing climate.

Stewart Copeland has been a pioneering force in contemporary music for over four decades, seamlessly blending rock, classical, opera, and world music. A seven-time Grammy winner, he is best known as the founder of The Police, whose innovative sound defined a generation of rock in the 1980s. In 2025, Copeland launches Wild Concerto in collaboration with Martyn Stewart and Platoon (Apple Inc.), premiering on Earth Day at King’s Place, London.

Philip Selway plays drums in Radiohead, as well as releasing solo albums and writing soundtracks for film, radio and dance. As an EarthPercent Artist Ambassador, he supports their work to invite artists and the wider music industry to make changes through organisations that meaningfully address the climate and nature crises.

Madame Gandhi is an award-winning artist and activist known for her uplifting electronic music. She began producing after running the London Marathon while free-bleeding to combat menstrual stigma in 2015, and has since been listed in Forbes 30 Under 30 in Music and BBC 100 Women. Her recent releases feature sounds of Antarctic glaciers melting to foster awareness and empathy around climate change. Her mission is to use her music and voice as a medium for a message about personal expression, sustainability and thriving.

Lewis is the CEO and founding member of Music Declares Emergency. He has worked in the music industry his entire adult life, encompassing roles in A & R, Artist Management, PR, and Marketing in a career spanning three decades.

Dr Hemini Mehta is Senior Sustainability Lead of the European Broadcasting Union & Greening of Streaming. She leads several teams focused on sustainability. As Sustainability Rapporteur at International Telecommunications Union (ITU part of UN), Hemini has authored numerous articles and reports as well as organised and contributed to several conferences and events focused on sustainability in the media sector.

Karen Edwards is Artist Support Programme Director at Murmur. She is an editor and writer of 20+ years, specialising in music, travel, climate and sustainability. Her storytelling has appeared in various publications from Time Out to the Sunday Times. She has also been working closely with artists and their teams on interviews, biographies and media consultation for over 15 years and now leads the Murmur Artist Support Programme, which offers a safe and trusted space for artists to broaden their knowledge around climate and nature and build confidence in speaking out.

Richard Phillips is a Climate Change Specialist for the music sector at culture and climate non-profit, Julie’s Bicycle. Richard works on sustainability initiatives across the live and recorded sides of the music industry. He is deeply embedded in the sector, working with festivals and venues, labels and tours.

Hannah Cox is the founder of betternotstop. She works at the intersection of music, live events, and purpose-driven business. As founder of betternotstop and The Better Business Network, she helps festivals and events drive positive impact. In October 2025 she is taking on Project Salt Run, a 4,200km endurance expedition for climate action, to raise £1 million for 1% For the Planet

Kyle Devine is EarthPercent’s Green Music Expert & an Evolution Music board member. Author of Decomposed: The Political Ecology of Music, an award-winning environmental history of the record industry. His next book is about how the music industry is being influenced by climate change. It will be published by Verso in autumn 2025. Devine works at the University of Winnipeg, having previously spent ten years at the University of Oslo. He is the lead expert in greening music at Earth Percent.

Becky Young is the Head of Operations & Community at EarthPercent, the music industry’s climate foundation co-founded by Brian Eno. She leads on the organisation’s cultural impact strategy and project manages their fundraising mechanics, ‘The Earth As Your Co-Writer’, an initiative enabling songwriters to share publishing rights with the planet.

Through campaigns and policy leadership, she helps amplify the voice of small venues at all political levels, ensuring they are recognised as vital cultural infrastructure.

Frances leads Climate Live, the youth-led charity who organise concerts and festival stages to engage a new audience in the climate movement. She has coordinated concerts in over 40 countries, run the Climate Live bus stage at major festivals in the UK and coordinated a pavilion at COP28. She was awarded the UK Environment Agency’s Inspirational Person of the Year Award, and has been featured in BBC News, Sky News, The Independent and NME.
