Dr. Jane Goodall, DBE, is a world-renowned ethologist and conservationist, inspiring greater understanding, and action on behalf of the natural world.
Jane’s work builds on scientific innovations, growing a lifetime of advocacy including trailblazing efforts through her international organization of 24 Jane Goodall Institutes which advance community led conservation, animal welfare ongoing research and care for captive chimpanzees.
Megan McCubbin is one of the nation’s leading wildlife presenters, combining her expertise as a scientist with a love of adventure and a passion for raising awareness of climate issues and biodiversity.
Megan is best known as one of the faces of BBC Two’s long-running and BAFTA award winning series Springwatch and Winterwatch.
Will has been Head of Oceans at Greenpeace UK since 2015. Most recently, he led a high profile international campaign for ocean sanctuaries in international and national waters. Before that, he oversaw the launch of the first major Greenpeace UK campaign on plastic.
As an activist inside and outside of Greenpeace, he has campaigned on a range of issues including fracking, coal, oil sponsorship of the arts and equality.
Julia Pallé is VP, Sustainability at the world’s first fully-electric single-seater racing series, the ABB FIA Formula E Championship. Pallé has certified the championship against ISO 20121 (sustainable events international standard) making it the first ever motorsport series to achieve this prestigious certification.
Formula E’s vision is to fight climate change via offering solutions to air quality issues in city centres via the adoption of EVs.
Drew Purves is a systems-oriented research scientist and research strategist, currently co-leading on sustainability and biodiversity at Google DeepMind.
He has 25+ years of experience in Ecology, Earth System Modelling, Environmental Data Science, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, RL Environment Design, and AGI.
From a foundation of academic research at Cambridge, York, and Princeton, in 2007 Drew moved into the world of tech research, leading a group at Microsoft Research Cambridge, before moving to Google DeepMind in 2015.
Beata Bienkowska is a Net Zero Policy Senior Expert at the UN Environment Programme – Finance Initiative, focusing on the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group, UN Net Zero Policy Taskforce, Investor Agenda, NCQG negotiations, and NGFS regulatory cooperation. Previously, she was Deputy Director at the TPI Centre and Programme Manager at the CISL Accelerator. She also spent over a decade in EU and national diplomacy, specializing in energy and economic policy.
Nigel joined Good Energy as CEO in May 2021 to lead the company’s development as an innovator in energy services at the forefront of the transition to net zero. As an experienced senior executive with a strong commercial, digital, and operational track record spanning over 25 years, Nigel is leading the company’s mission to help homes and businesses be greener.
Nigel is also Chair of Zapmap, the UK’s go-to app for EV charging which Good Energy is the largest shareholder in, and a Non Executive Director for Mobico Group PLC.
Tom joined British Airways in January 2023 as Head of Net Zero & Environment. His team’s remit includes accelerating the businesses’ transition to net zero carbon emissions, wider environmental management and reporting.
Tom is a proud Climate Reality Leader, a member of the edie.com 30 under 30 class of 2019 and a recipient of the Acre 365 award. Further to professional achievements, Tom holds a MSc in Carbon Management.
Ruth Andrade is an Environmental Partner & Spokesperson at Lush Cosmetics, where she is part of the team driving forward our commitments to leaving the world lusher than we found it.
She supports capacity building, leadership skills, and public speaking to inspire people to make every job a climate job.
She likes to make use of her platform to inspire people about environmental issues, and share the case studies and learning from decades of work at Lush.
In 2018, Will co-founded Ocean Bottle; a social impact company on a mission to stop 7 billion plastic bottles in weight from entering the ocean by 2025 – equivalent to the weight of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch.
Ocean Bottle is a B Corp certified reusables brand. With the sale of each Ocean Bottle, 11.4kg of plastic (the equivalent of 1,000 ocean-bound plastic bottles) is collected globally, in coastal areas where plastic pollution is worst.

Driven By Purpose
All proceeds from Earthfest will go towards funding London Clean Air, a non-profit action group aiming to improve air quality across London.
London Clean Air’s projects increase awareness and education around air pollution, and aim to introduce policy and infrastructural change. Through Earthfest, we are hoping to fundraise to expand the initiative’s impact throughout London.
